Our Victorian and NSW Consultants are currently working remotely, continuing to work with our current customers, and available to facilitate new client queries.
In relation to announcements by both the Commonwealth and State governments around the COVID-19 Virus and its impact on working conditions and social interaction, we have instigated new policies and procedures at this time.
Our Surry Hills office has temporarily closed, but as many of you have already experienced over the years we have always been geared to work remotely. We generally promote this form of engagement to our customers even without the current circumstances. Therefore, we expect no interruption to our ability to still deliver quality services to your business.
To facilitate the working from home arrangements, we will continue to utilise our video conferencing for workshops, training and support. As we have been using these technologies for years as part of daily work lives and have many years experience in using these technologies for collaboration and productivity. If these technologies are new to you or your team, we are happy to offer some assistance in training and rolling out these technologies if required.
We are continually monitoring the situation as it unfolds and will update our clients, the Digital Convergence website and linked in page in the coming weeks.
Our dedication to our customers will still be our key focus during these times and we are there to assist where possible. We class all our customers as part of our ‘business family’ and we wish you well and to stay healthy.
