Darran Low | Managing Director

About Darran

With over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, Darran has worked with a range of software types to support businesses improve their performance and capabilities. These include ERP, Business Intelligence, Analytics, 3D CAD/CAM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Smart Buildings and Workplaces, Internet of Things (IoT) and Systems Integration. This experience includes industries such as Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, Property Management, Automotive, Consumer Goods and Financial Services. Utilising his vast experience and knowledge of potential solutions on the market, Darran delivers clients solutions that deliver real value and returns. He believes that whilst there are many solutions to business requirements, the best solutions are usually those that are the easiest to deliver, with minimal impact to operations during delivery. Our clients have benefited from this approach to set them up for not only their current objectives, but to position them to easily adapt and implement new solutions in the future.

Antony Luiz | Project Manager Senior Consultant

About Antony

With almost 20 years of experience delivering tangible results across Retail, FMCG, Wholesale Distribution Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical industries; Antony has an in-depth ERP domain knowledge across a multitude of departments and system modules such as; Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Retail Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, RF & Scanpack, EDI, Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Systems Integration. Beginning as an Application Analyst and Developer then moving through the ranks as a Business Analyst and Solution Consultant; Antony brings an extraordinary level of understanding to what is required to deliver successful projects and solutions for clients. Now as a Project Manager, Antony uses his operational experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, architecture design, ERP implementation and master data management. Having worked in Australia and the United Arab Emirates both on the customer and vendor side of solution delivery, Antony has exposure to businesses of varying sizes from local, family owned to multi-national corporations; privately owned and large public companies.

Anusha comes with extensive experience in Information Technology & Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Automation and Acceleration & Process Innovation. Working across multiple platform offerings, he can analyse problems and deliver the most suitable and cost-effective technical solution. These solutions can offer improved business collaboration, automated process and document management, extract hidden business insights and deliver innovative solutions using modern technology tools. Whether it’s Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OutSystems Low-Code or any other front-end technology, Anusha is our lead developer and UX designer. From Teams Collaboration, Information Sharing, Forms and Data Collection, Web or Mobile Applications; he has been able to successfully deliver them both internally and to our clients. Bhavya Shah | Junior Developer

About Bhavya

Previous experience in e-commerce development, Bhavya joined Digital Convergence as a Junior Developer learning new systems and programming language, with a focus on OutSystem development, Pronto 4GL and Front-End technologies. With a passion for IT, robotics and programming, Bhavya completed a Bachelor of Computing Science (Honours), and brings an innovative edge to all his projects.
Bridget Wolinski | Project Manager Senior Consultant

About Bridget

As a CPA qualified accountant with over 17 years of experience in Accounting and System Implementation roles; her Senior Consultant role requires an in-depth knowledge of business processes across a broad range of areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Payroll, HR, GST, Bank Reconciliation as well as Project Costing, Plant Maintenance, Service and Distribution. Exposure to many different business practices and her experience is constantly called upon to implement best practice reviews. Able to work alongside any level of staff from shop floor employees to senior management, Bridget can assist organisations to reach objectives and refine processes. Having worked in Australia, USA, PNG, Botswana, New Zealand and London, Bridget has exposure to businesses of varying sizes from local, family owned to multi-national corporations; privately owned and large public companies. Her current industry experience includes Forestry, Mining, Construction, Service, Manufacturing, Distribution and Agriculture.
David Mar | Junior Consultant

About David

David is a CPA qualified accountant who has worked in various sectors of the accounting industry including Tax, Financial, Management and System Accounting. He has worked in both the public and private sector providing not only accounting expertise but also operational improvements which have provided more efficient and effective processing. Since starting with Digital Convergence in 2018 David has accomplished a great deal, working across multiple client projects providing support, data migration and implementing customisations. Although new to the consulting industry David is a natural people person, which has allowed him to quickly build a strong rapport with our customer community. With his accounting background, strong communication skills and passion for problem solving David has become a valuable addition to the Digital Convergence family.
Esther Ayerakwa | Consultant

About Esther

Esther comes with experience in being a retail operator and an IT support personnel whilst knowledgeable in Accounting and Information Systems. Esther has acquired skills in data reconciliation, process documentation and formulating training guides to assist in use of applications Esther can diagnose problems and assist with problem analysis processes whilst performing root cause analysis and testing. Her energy and keenest to learn makes her able to quickly understand business processes and utilise her skills to assist organisations align their processes within the IT applications. She provides a wealth of documentation and training experience to our clients to ensure that the knowledge collected during implementations is available for future resources. Her experience with customer support enables her to effectively continue to work with clients post go-live and ensure customers continue to feel comfortable with the systems and processes implemented.
Lauren Sexton | CX & Marketing Specialist Consultant

About Lauren

A CX & Marketing Specialist with over 18 years experience helping businesses engage with customers more effectively and efficiently through CX Strategies and Brand Management activities. Extensive experience in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms managing updates and implementations, copywriting and campaign management. Lauren has worked on CX and Brand Management projects (locally and globally) across a broad range of Industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Financial Services, Non-for-Profit and Sport. In addition to consulting for our clientele, Lauren is also the inhouse CX & Marketing Lead.

With an engineering and manufacturing background, Noelle brings over 15 years of experience in ERP system implementation and support as a consultant, business analyst or project manager. She has worked with a number of different application suites both as a vendor and as a customer, however her experience is focused around the Pronto application. She has an in-depth knowledge of business processes across a broad range of areas including Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse Management as well as Financials. Her can do attitude will keep your project on track and her attention to detail will ensure you have the application working for you. Over the years, Noelle has had exposure to many businesses of varying sizes and ownership models, from Family-Owned businesses to Medium Enterprises. Her current industry experience includes Packaging, Medical Devices, Construction, Service, Manufacturing and Distribution.

With 20 years’ experience as an IT professional in system implementation, integration & software development, working in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry. Focused in Construction, Service and Facilities Maintenance and Management. Ruth’s passion, attention to detail and proven ability in extracting detailed and accurate business requirements enables her to provide best practice business procedures and solutions to businesses. Ruth has an advance working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Pronto Software. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Job Costing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Product Sales, Service and Maintenance Management. Experience in effective project management with application and integration solutions, has allowed her to achieve desired operational outcomes to meet changing business demands. About Taimoor

Having started his career as a Planning Engineer then moving through the ranks as an Application Support Analyst and Implementation Consultant. He brings an experience of what is required to deliver customer satisfaction in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution and Retail industries. Now as an ERP Application Consultant, Taimoor uses his operational experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, ERP upgrades and implementations. He provides a wealth of documentation and training experience to our clients to ensure that the knowledge collected during implementations is available for future resources. Taimoor has extensive experience with the IBM Cognos Business Intelligence toolset and has become our resident expert for report writing and Business Intelligence. He consistently designs and produces the information outputs that drives the ongoing insights that our customers require and expect from an ERP.

About Xi

Since completing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at UTS, Xi has held a variety of different positions in IT and Social Media marketing. This experience helps enhance his perspective when it comes to crafting solutions to any problem. Although relatively new member to the development team, Xi brings his experience of requirements modelling, data management, integration as well as extensive participation in project implementations. Xi is utilising his past experiences to provide new insights and skills into our ability to create multi-platform solutions for our clients across Pronto-Xi, OutSystems and any other supplementary platform.
