This role is ideally suited to someone who has extensive knowledge or Pronto-Xi as a business analyst or consult in service or project management industries.
The Role
Due to increased business opportunities, we are currently looking for an experienced consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who can consult on our clients’ Pronto application through implementations, project work and support.
The role of the Consultant will work closely with key stakeholders, Project Managers, 3rd party software systems, subject matter experts, and end users across all organizational areas to develop a strong, shared understanding of solutions to business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding client’s business processes to providing advice on best practice
- Host workshops with customers to determine business requirements
- Analysing and documenting business requirements for an issue / enhancement
- Produce business process documents to visualise ‘As-Is’ or ‘To-Be’ processes
- Consulting on several modules in the Pronto-Xi application
- Completing data migration activities
- Complete testing
- Conducting End User training to coaching team members
- Provide ongoing input and mentoring into the Consulting team to constantly assist with Digital Convergence’s philosophy of continual improvement.
- When required, complete support tickets and assist other team members
Skills & Experience
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience implementing, administrating Pronto-Xi
- Experience in facilities management
- Extensive knowledge of Service, Project Costing, Plant Maintenance modules
- Experience with documenting requirements and providing system design artefacts.
- Experience with training, mentoring, and supporting customers for implemented systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Self-starter attitude
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferrable:
- Prior experience in Pronto-Xi 730 or greater
- Cognos Report Studio experience or other BI tools
- Experience in other Pronto-Xi modules such as Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Maintenance Management.
- Experience in consulting role
- Experience in managing project implementations
Travel to customer sites may be required, and therefore an Australian Driver’s License, own transport and a valid Passport are required.
Flexible work arrangements are available, including working from home, flexible work hours, and part-time positions.
Australian Citizen preferred but must have permanent Work Visa as a minimum.
